Disappoined with Zoho customer service

Disappoined with Zoho customer service

Hi,

I have been trying to get hold of your customer support for more than a month and I haven't got any help. I called your London office, left voicemail, nobody has called me back.

I don't see any updates from the team, it seems my account is not linked with the company. Strangely enough, other team members see my posts/activities. 

I would appreciate if somebody from your team could help me with this issue as it's been unresolved by you for more than a month.
