Discussion post notification lacks critical information

The body of the message should contain additional info:

1. Group name which discussion relates to (if applicable) and direct url

2. Discussion name and direct link "Go to discussion"

3. URL "Go to post"

4. Body of the post itself would also make it more efficient for the user whether to ignore or respond to the post by doing #2 or #3 above
