Disgruntled Customer

Can any other customer shed some light on if they're successful in reaching Zoho CRM support and having issues resolved? I've used Zoho for many years with several different companies and many of their products...spending thousands a month with them. But it seems harder and harder to get a question answered or an issue resolved. If I add up my time this morning and my frustration in trying to reach the CRM department, I've cost myself a lot of money. Sometimes I think I'd be better off paying more money for another CRM provider that offers greater support for customers with many users. The net is the same! And when I do reach them once in a while, it seems like any tickets get lost in space and nobody ever follows up. I've asked could I pay more to have more attention but I don't think that's possible. As much as I love Zoho, sometimes you reach a point of diminishing returns!
