Display Name

I was wondering how can I change my display name when I send emails.. For example I have attached a screenshot where my name is "hi" instead of my real name and when I send emails for example on Gmail, it's displayed as "hi < hi@infinitylabs.me>".. I want to change that to my real name but I seem to don't know how.. Please help me!
