When I send an email from my domain, the person who receives my email cannot see his name displayed. 

Example : 

if I send an email to Victor Martin, he should see in his mailbox : 

From : "My company" < my.company@mydomain.com>

To : "Victor Martin" < victor.martin@hisdomain.com>

However, he just sees : To :  victor.martin@hisdomain.com

Can you help me to display full name ? Because it is better for business :)
