The way our emails are structured has just been changed from mailboxes to distribution groups. Previously, email accounts in Zoho were the mailboxes and then anyone who had access to the mailbox could work the email. This didn't not require them to have a personal email address.
We now have distribution groups (DG) and to be part of a distribution group (DG) each user has their own email address and is linked to that DG. They can only email from their own email address, not the DG address, but receive and view emails that go the DG.
Is it possible to use DG email account in Zoho as a user and will all the members allocated to that DG be able to view the relevant correspondence to the DG. Presumably they would need to reply using their own email address , in which case will they need to have individual accounts in CRM/Recruit for us to be able to retain the conversation string. Or is there a more efficient way of organising this?
