Distribution of reports via Zoho Reports

Hi,

we have data in XLS, which shall be distributed to certain employees. E. G.:
Line 1: Date = 10/10/13, Text = "Too expensive", to: "will.smith@company.de"
Line 2: Date = 11/10/13, Text = "Booking too late", to: "robert.hall@company.de"
Line 3: Date = 10/11/13, Text = "Too expensive", to: "will.smith@company.de"

So Will Smith would get a report with the information of lines 1 and 3, Robert Hall would get a report with the information in line 2.

a) Is this possible?
b) Would it be possible to send out the report automatically through Zoho?
c) Would Mr. Smith and Mr. Hall have to have Zoho accounts?
