Can we have a Diversity dashboard or report, allowing us to track and report on gender and ethnicity percentages at different grade levels for those organisations that want to be transparent and promote gender diversity in the workplace? Its especially useful if it can track by job grade/level for reporting on diversity amongst leadership or senior roles.
