I run a property management company, and I invoice property owners for their annual communal fees, that pay for items such as a shared pool and the gardening etc.
Usually, I have invoiced quarterly. I calculate the annual fee and divide it by four. Simple.
However, I now have a communal committee that wants to give the property owners the option of paying the full annual, quarterly, or monthly.
I wonder if there is a way of showing the quarterly and monthly payments required if the invoice total shows the annual amount.
It is easy for the owner to calculate the figure, but the management committee would prefer that these amounts be shown and calculated on the invoice.
Any pointers gratefully received!
