DKIM & SPF problems in last 12 hours

Hi there

I've got two users at least on yewneek.com receiving zoho-based errors through Outllook pop3 delivery and smtp.

Errors refer to encryption.  I addresed this, then orher errors appear in Outlook.

I've logged into Zoho CPANEL and DOMAINHOST CPANEL and followed instructions PRECISELY for SPF and DKIM.

VERIFY button does NOT work. Email delivery does NOT work. Troubleshooting/robust fault dianosis clearly points to ZOHO causing the problem where non existed before.

Please rectify and advise. Screenshots are NOT necessary as the Mail Client Outlook is NOT at fault.
