DKIM Verifed yet I get message alert to verify DKIM

Hello I newly signed up to Zoho mail last week and I'm completely confused with how this works.

My DKIM says verified but anytime I log on, I get an alert to verify DKIM.

Please can you help me sort this out quickly.
