DKIM verification fails?

Hi Zoho team,

I am very frustrated. 2 messages vie Contact Us, one question in the forum (which doesn't show up any where, just disappeared)
The  TXT record value was created and forwarded to my DNS provider (Portfoliobox) but the verification failed. Portfoliobox  confirms it is all done correctly on their end and suggested contact Zoho. 
Could you please fix this problem. Thank you!
