I have tried several time to authenticate my domain key but fails. 

My domain is: highpoint.my

I have follow the tutorial. I got this pop up:

Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com

I also have sent tickets to zoho support. 

Your Request "#13426048 DKIM email authentication" has been created. 

But still I did not get any reply since 2 days already.

Please advice.
