DNS Servers changed with CNAME verification

I use PairNIC as my domain name registrar. When I used their custom DNS feature to add a CNAME record, my DNS settings automatically changed to NS5.PAIRNIC.COM and NS6@PAIRNIC.COM when they should be NS2.WIXDNS.NET and NS3.WIXDNS.NET.

I received the message "C ongratulations! You have verified your domain  foxvalleynewcomers.com ." Now that I've verified my domain, can I change the nameservers back to the correct ones?
