DNS settings reset for domain
Dear ZOHO:
I have been forced to transfer my domain registration agent because the old one is closing down. My e-mail for this domain is hosted on ZOHO, but since the transfer I've been having all sorts of problems sending and receiving.
I posted a query with the new agent, and was told DNS settings are routinely reset when transfers take place. I suspect this has wiped out the MX records for my domain. I tried e-mailing ZOHO to ask for help, but either the enquiry didn't getting through, or the reply (or both). I also tried e-mailing from a different address, but I think ZOHO ignored these in case they were scams. So I am making a post on the ZOHO forum in the diminishing hope of finding a solution.
I *suspect* the MX records should be something like in the table below - could somebody confirm/refute/modify???
