Do any of the Zoho Apps / Modules CREATE Predefined Projects & Tasks upon conversion?

I am trying to get setup using the full suite of Zoho apps to manage both my sales team and my fulfillment / customer service teams. I am still trying to figure out which apps to use for which part of my business flow and I can't seem to get anyone in sales on the phone to ask but my biggest question is this.

If I am planning to use Zoho Campaigns which feeds data to Zoho CRM,

Can I set up Zoho CRM or Invoicing or one of the apps so that when a sales rep "converts" a sale, a project is automatically created with predefined milestones and tasks in projects?

ALSO, I know this might not be the right forum for this question but if anyone can explain how Zoho Contact Manager plays into all of this I would love them for life...
