Zoho offers a Standard Field called Description in many of its modules that offers 32,000 characters. We love that about Zoho! However, our team finds it difficult to read all the text we enter for each of our contacts and products.
We're wondering if we'll run out of space (characters) if we use carriage returns to apply spacing between new dated entries? It would be FAN-tastic, if we didn't, but we'll live if it isn't so!
I was able to find details about the characters per field, but not what counted as characters (text characters vs. carriage returns), which is why I'm turning to the Help Forum.
