Hello experts,
I have checked for any existing topic related to this so I am writing this again? If this has been discussed before, please point me to it.
I am using Zoho CRM. As a user, my email and login is my company's email. (let's say it is called
user@dvsum.com)
What I am trying to do is send emails to my contacts in CRM. So when I click send mail from the contacts page, it opens up the dialog box and it populates with the contact email and correctly populates the "from" and "reply-to" address as
user@dvsum.com. I can also confirm that emails are working fine. If I send it to the correct address, it is getting received with my email in the "from" box.
My question is - if the email to which I send an email is wrong, is there a mechanism or place to get notified of the failure?
So for example, if I send email to "
thisisclearlywrongemail@dvsum.com", in a normal circumstance if I send email using my IMAP or POP3 client for example, I will immediately get a delivery failure message. However, when I send it from zoho CRM workflow, I do not get any notification that the email bounced back. I was expecting that it would send me a notification on my
user@dvsum.com email that email to "thisiswrong..." was not delivered, but I don't.
Can you help?
