Do I need to pay for additional email accounts like support@ and help@mydomain.com?

I am moving from Google Suite to Zoho (at least, I am giving it a try) and one thing I need to set up is an email for noreply@ and help@mydomain.com. They can't be email address aliases that forward to john@mydomain.com...they need to be unique emails that can be signed into.

I noticed that Zoho offers Workplace accounts for $7/mo and email-only for like $2/mo. Can I mix-and-match or will I have to pay $7/mo for a those email addresses?
