First of all, let me describe my situation.

I am a freelancer and I offer website testing services.

Every month I testing my client's websites, reporting them the bugs, enhancements and so on, so they pay me every month for those tests.

I also have lots of potential clients (leads), whom I offer my services.

So, what I need from Zoho.

1. Register new leads and track the statuses (the new one, who on negotiation stage, ready to buy and so on)

2. Register the payments from my clients

3. Reports about clients who paid, who delays, debts and so on

4. Getting notifications who's Bday is coming
