My questions is: If I create a Project in Zoho Projects and invite a freelancer to collaborate, will they need to pay a subscription for Zoho Projects even if they might only use it once on this particular project?

In my case I can have jobs throughout the year each of which require me to hire different collaborators for each job. If I had to pay full price Zoho subscriptions for every freelancer that I hire, that would be a lot of money.

Do you perhaps have special pricing for situations like these where a business hires freelancers on and off throughout the year?

I've been using Google Documents to manage my projects since 2009 and that has worked out well because almost everyone has a gmail account which allows me to share documents and collaborate this way. Now that I'd like to use Zoho it seems I might not be able to due to the pricing model. 

I have the same question for Zoho Docs.
