I have a problem regarding my email management and please refer to it as urgent

Here the situation is

- I have created an email address ( maria@mariamarami.com), which I have also directed to another server (gmail). Question 1: Can I receive emails in both servers (zoho & gmail)? If yes how?

- I want to create a second one ( sales@mariamarami.com). I tried both as alias or second user but I never receive emails.  I changed the MX records but the same. I am trying to point CNAME in Wordpress (where my domain is and I want to keep it there) but I do not have the zb number and I cannot find it). How can I solve that?

I want to connect it to another server as well, but they send me a verification code which I never receive
