Docs sync and population features timing out

Hi,

got a bit of a problem where i tried uploading a document from MS word (2016 for Mac), and it does two things:

1) doesn't bring all the info across (i.e. 5 pages instead of 20) single document
2) the format is going all stupid and crossing over

note that this occurs even when i change the document over to ZDocs internal. Another problem we are having is the sync isn't working from online portal to desktop folders, this disparity is continual and seems to persist resulting in attempts to reload entire folders.

Please advise at the earliest.
