document error after migrating zoho to another PC

Hi,

I have migrated zoho from to another pc. I do this by using the backup function of zoho, the extract the data to the new server. The build version is the same 3210.

Everything seems alright except for the documents saved in the past. I can still see the document list, but no operation can be done on every single document. Whenever I click it, it turns up to be "ERROR! Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later." I cannot even copy or move or email the document. Can anyone help?
