Document Library in Zoho CRM
Brochures, PDF docs, invoices, comparison docs, guides, presentations, templates, and forms. They are just some of the documents that you would use frequently in your business. But lets just say, you attach one such file to ten contacts in Zoho CRM, how much storage space will be occupied? What if the file you have is not the latest version? What if you want to share the file with other users?
We have got a simple solution to all this is our new feature - Document Library, a Documents tab in Zoho CRM that acts as a library where you can upload various types of files like presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc. This repository is a place where you can organize and manage all your business related files and also share it with people in your organization based on their profile permissions in the organization's CRM account. Along with this we have also revised the storage space in Zoho CRM. Earlier, we offered 100 MB, 250 MB and 500 MB for the organization in the Free, Professional and Enterprise Editions respectively. We now provide more!
- Free Edition - 250 MB for the Organization
- Professional Edition - 250 MB for each user license that you buy
- Enterprise Editions - 500 MB for each user license that you buy
So now you also have extra space for file storage. If you still need more, you can write to us and always buy extra storage space at $ 4 USD/Month/GB.
