Document types questions and ActiveSync

Hi!
I just downloaded and installed VO, so far so good. I definitely like what I'm seeing.

Question #1
I was attempting to create a spreadsheet, but that doesn't seem possible with VO at this time. I found Zoho Sheet, so my basic need is filled there. I am wondering if spreadsheet capabilities will be in VO in a future version.

Question #2
I have a Windows Mobile 5.0 PDA and have to use ActiveSync to get my documents, appointments, contacts, and tasks back and forth from my PC to my PDA.
Do you have any suggestions for syncing my information between VO and my PDA (once I get it all loaded)?
