Documentation for adding Note to Candidate

Hello, 

Reading Zoho's documentation on the getNoteTypes method, found here, the documentation suggests there is a way to POST an new note but provides no further information.

If I have a Candidates's ID, what is the proper format for a POST request to create a new note for the candidate?
