Hi,
I'm just wanting to document an event or issue that happens with our clients. I want a simple field and a date and time stamp that I can make notes in and save.
Then I can document another issue that happens and save it. Then after a period of time we could run a report showing a client all the issues we solved for them.
Is there a way to make this work? I don't need due dates or anything like that. Just simple documentation.
About the only workaround I can think of is to create a task and label it completed immediately.
