Documents are not saved completely when they become too big.
And here is the next bug :x:
I create a document, and when I add contents (always text) and it becomes too large (either in words or in MB?) it does not display the last additions. But the dangerous thing is: You will not realize it immediately:
When clicking on the saving button, you get the information that the system has managed the saving, and you also see the full text (including the last additions you made).
But: When looking at the public document in the Internet (in case you have made it public) you see that the last addition is missing! And only when logging out from Zoho and logging in again, you will see it also (when you reopen the document) in the field where you are working with the document: The last addition is not here.
But the system never informed you about this fact! In contrary, it told you that saving was successful!! Why is there no indication that my document has exceeded a certain limit in size and therefore the (last) additions cannot be saved?
At which size of the document the losing of the last additions has happened, I do not remember exactly. I think it must have been by the number of about 30.000 words. But in any case it is not correct what a member of the Zoho team wrote here in the Forum already in April 2007:
There is no limit as such to the size of the file that you can store in Zoho Writer.
I have tried it with at least two different documents and on different days. In every case appeared the problem I described above.
