Documents Cannot Be SAVED

Under DOCUMENTS, I cannot SAVE a 'document' type (not FOLDER or HTML) document. I selected NEW 'Document', added several paragraphs of information, and then chose the 'Save' option in the top left-hand corner.

Sometime I receive the message "Problem saving document', and other time I do not. In either case, it does not SAVE the document (or if it does I cannot see it).

This makes this option somewhat useless.

I can upload a document from my PC, and then modify it successfully within the 'Documents' control, but I cannot create one from scratch.

Any ideas?
