While reconciling our Books, we find that the invoice 2057417 is over due for more than 78 days. Please be noted that the licenses enabled against this invoice will be downgraded to free edition on 28 Jan 14 as per the notification from our finance team.

I paid my bill by PayPal right away in October 2013. See attached. I had several emails exchange with Manoj Alexy Xavier. I provided him with all information. I hoped the matter was closed. I was wrong.
Between October and now I got an email similar to todays. Again I provided all the information. So, my question is: Does anybody at ZOHO read emails?
