Our business hosts community events to generate leads.
We have two issues we're solving for:
- Tracking the success of the events (attendance, conversion, etc.)
- Creating profiles for new leads
Our workaround to date has been to track data on paper, digitize it, and then do an import function for the new leads.
This creates multiple headaches
- Requires time and energy to get leads INTO Zoho rather than work them
- Associate events with all of our leads is an additional step after they're imported
- Creating profiles can delay follow up
Has anyone seen a solution to a problem like this that streamlines the workflows without sacrificing the data capture?
