Does sending 10 emails to Craigslist constitute SMTP outgoing email Blocking?

Does sending 10 emails to Craigslist for gigs (that describe my service) constitute outgoing SMTP Blocking?
My email was blocked last night w/o warning and I've never had this happen.
Block Type: Mail Outgoing blocked. Unknown

 I've written  twice  to suppor@ without any follow up about my problem. Also, I have read the policy and am unclear why Craigslist gig applications is going to shut me down as a business owner of 21 years   https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/usage-policy.html
