Does support always suck???

Does support always suck???

My company has been trying to trial Zoho Projects and CRM and there is literally no support. Today I've emailed twice, submitted through the website form, called several times and left voicemails and have ZERO response.  We're a new customer to them getting ready to pay them thousands per year and the support sucks!!!

What can we do? We're ready to take our business elsewhere.
