Does the IMAP IDLE feature of K9 Mail work on Android phones?

I searched the forums and couldn't find a specific answer to this.  I just loaded K9 mail on my Droid 1 phone and noticed K9 has an IMAP IDLE feature whereby polling is not necessary.  After a quick test, it isn't working (20 minutes ongoing).

Is the IDLE command under IMAP access supported by Zoho mail?  I have a personal account by the way.
