Does Updating Employee Names and Profile Pictures in Zoho One Automatically Sync Across All Zoho Applications?

Hi Zoho Team,

We are currently using Zoho One in our organization and want to centrally manage employee profile information.

As a Zoho One Super Admin, if I update the employee name and profile picture for all users from the Zoho One Admin Panel, will these changes automatically reflect across all connected Zoho applications, such as:

  • Zoho CRM

  • Zoho Inventory

  • Zoho Books

  • Zoho People

  • Zoho Mail

  • Zoho Projects

  • Other Zoho One applications

Or do we need to manually update each employee's name and profile picture separately in every application?

Our questions are:

  1. Does Zoho One support automatic synchronization of employee names and profile pictures across all applications?

  2. If synchronization is supported, is it enabled by default, or does it require additional configuration?

  3. Can a Super Admin centrally update these details for all employees?

  4. If some applications do not support synchronization, which applications require manual updates?

We want to maintain consistent employee profiles across all Zoho One applications without updating each application individually.

Please suggest the recommended approach.
