.Does Zoho CRM administrator have to be the same person as Google Apps administrator?

.Does Zoho CRM administrator have to be the same person as Google Apps administrator?

I am trying to evaluate Zoho CRM (starting off with free 3 user package) for our company use.  Our Google Apps administrator has enabled Zoho CRM.  However, as I'm the one that will be doing the evaluation, how can I be set up as the Zoho CRM administrator?
