Hello there,  

I'm currently syncing my contacts from Outlook into Zoho CRM. I know that duplicates are checked based on the email id. 

However, when you sync a contact from Outlook which is already in Zoho CRM, does Zoho CRM skip the duplicate contact or it just overwrites the information in Zoho CRM?

Or:

Imagine that in my Outlook I have a contact and my colleague has the same contact in his/her Outlook. The email id is the same but the rest of the contact information is different. 

When we both sync our contacts, what would the syncing do - is it going to overwrite the information in Zoho CRM or is it going to skip the synchronization?
