Does Zoho ever respond to their service/new feature requests?
This is actually a serious question, not just a complaint. I am very new to Zoho and, although I like it, there are several areas that need to be fixed and improved - Templates don't work very well, Custom Modules need to be available for Mail Merge, etc. As I searched for fixes to these problems, I have noticed that they have been brought up months and even years ago by other users. I also asked for a fairly simple custom field, but there is no indication that I am going to get it anytime soon.
My question is this - before I get too invested in Zoho, is there any hope of improvement anytime in the near future?
