Does zoho mail even use its whitelist?

Does zoho mail even use its whitelist?

I have several email addresses that are persistently going to my spam folder regardless of me whitelisting both the email address and the domain name.

I have read replies on here that say I should forward those headers to zoho staff to find out why they are being blacklisted.  This is ridiculous, I have at least half a dozen cases of this and better things to do with my time.

If I have SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED to receive email from a particular address, then I want to receive that email, period.  How difficult is it to understand that?
