Does Zoho offer Paid Support for assisting customers with items that we have not been able to figure out?

Hello

Do you offer paid consulting to work through configuration issues with setting up features?

For instance we have some users that send mail to our contacts and when we look at the list of emails that have been sent or received under Accounts/Emails,  Some of our employees names do not show up in the list. Even if they are the Account owner.

I have not been able to figure this out.
