Domain and DNS on AWS. Unable to verify using CNAME and/or TXT Method

Our domain My-Skool.com is hosted on AWS and the DNS service provider is AWS as well. We are unable to verify our DNS using CNAME and TXT. Could you check on your end and provide directions.
