Domain and mail difficulty,
Hi, I have sent in a support ticket, but no response yet. I am needing help linking Zohomail to domain.I bought a domain through Zoho just over a year ago, and although I have had a couple of very helpful responses from the support team, I am having difficulty. I am sure if I could talk to someone, everything would be up and running in 20 minutes. My difficulty has been partly time related - when a question comes up I am already too busy again to deal with the response when it comes a few days later. When I eventually implement the advice given, I hit another snag, and so this has been a repeating cycle.
I am in Australia, so need a direct number to call rather than the 1800 number given, and to know what time zone the support team are in.
Also, I have now forgotten the password etc needed to access the domain manager. I have tried the ones given in the domain manager details, and several possible combinations related to my Zoho details, but no luck.So having the ability to access the domain manager would be essential before I call.
