Hello, i have an issue with an email associated with my domain.   Morinsola.ipaye@kparkwoodproperties.com. I initially tried creating this email as my control panel point but no message was sent to my number. on creating this new control panel email   info@kparkwoodproperties.com i haven't been able to create that email id which is important to my organisation.
