Domain email not receiving after validation and activation

I am having trouble receiving emails to my domain email address. Sending emails is working fine.

I have validated my domain and it's status has been verified. Does this mean the DNS settings are correct? As I'm not entirely sure I entered them right.

I am using Slicehost (a small VPS provider) which handles my DNS. They use different terminology for DNS settings. Here's what I have:

Name, Data, Type, Auxiliary Info
mx.zohomail.com, @, MX, 10
mx2.zohomail.com, @, MX, 20

The '@' sign for data seems strange to me. Why is it using that?

Is the above correct? If not why can't I receive emails?
