Domain is already associated with some other account

Domain is already associated with some other account

Hi Team,

I'm a new user and setting up my business mail with zoho. I have provided the existing domain shutterink.in but it throws the error with message "This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@s*****"".

This is my domain, which I have purchased and hosted on godaddy. I have never used zoho before and the ID "a*****n@s****"seems someone else ID. Please help me in this issue and suggest me the next steps.
