I really need your assistance for this problem. One of my former employee is not cooperative giving me access to Zoho Mail. I would like to change into new Zoho account but then the domain is already registered in another account that my former employee owned. But I have evidence to prove that I bought the domain and have access to the domain via domain registrar. I've attached some screenshot. How to solve this problem?
