Domain Issues
Hello,
Yesterday I set up an email account with Zoho. My goal was to connect it to my domain - www.adkchili.com so that I can receive email with zoho instead of WIX (which is who I bought my domain and built the website with).
When I followed the instructions to verify the domain, and changed the CNAME records, the website address pointed to zoho email.
yikes
So I eliminated all the cname records with WIX and I'm waiting for them to restore the original settings.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I can verify my domain because after following the instructions, it didn't work. Also, if I need to add a CNAME that you give me ... do I eliminate all of the others with WIX or "add" an additional one.
This is a bit of an urgent matter that I need to resolve because I have a big presentation with our town approaching and the website has to be operating with email.
