Hi, I have my domain name linked to a free email account with Zoho.

I have access to my domain name information with the provider etc, however I have forgotten my Zoho login password and do not have access to my old personal email I used for the reset password function.

How can I have my domain name 'released' from the Zoho account???

I went to sign up a new account using my domain name, however it says its already with Zoho. I don't want to go to another provider in case my emails go to my zoho account (that I cant get into) and not the new one.

If my email address can we "released" from the zoho account I would resign back up. I submitted a support ticket but haven't heard anything back :(

If anyone from Zoho or the forum board can help that would be good.
