Hello-

 

I recently purchased a domain name from Zoho. I have a series of (small) problems.

 

1) I can go to business.zoho.com ( https:// before you ask) and it actually shows my email etc.

2) I can go to https://writer.<my_domain_name>.com and that works well (for sheet etc as well) by automatically redirecting to https://writer.zoho.com etc.

3) However both https://business.<my_domain_name>.com and http://business.<my_domain_name>.com do not point (redirect) properly to https://business.zoho.com ... they go to a screen that says that the site doesn't exist

4) Also, I would like to go to http:// www.<my_domain_name>.com ... when I do, it brings up my custom logo and a login screen. However, when I login it goes to a screen that says such a website does not exist ... which of course it doesn't ... but I would like to set it up such that it when the login information is given it goes to each user's desktop

5) When I go to the ControlPanel->Dashboard ... there is something called "Portal URL" ... what is it supposed to be (and you can only fill something such that it becomes <something>.business.zoho.com ... I thought that when someone enters www.<my_domain_name>.com on the internet it would redirect to this "Portal URL" ... but I can't figure out what exactly to do with it ... like I said I would like it to behave as described in (4)

 

The Desktop experience itself is nice ... but I would like to customize and use (and then add users and applications) from my domain name rather than "Zoho".

 

Help/ pointers to customize would be appreciated.
